It is important to note that orders with multiple items are subject to a processing period that is based to the item.

Prior to shipment, we will examine thoroughly the items you've purchased. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that several parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock once the order is placed.

Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state that you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.
